Menu Plan Monday - Off Hiatus!

Holidays are fun, aren't they? Along with the fun goes the fatigue, increased activity, special cooking/baking, and kids home from school. I've been away from MPM for a while and felt SO. INCREDIBLY. GUILTY!

Don't get my wrong, I still menu planned - have to be frugal to make it stretch around here - but didn't share. How rude of me! I know ya'll are just DYING to know what I'm feeding my [rug rats] darlings each and every day.

Oh yeah, Hubbers was home, too. Need I say it was like having ANOTHER child here? I love the man, but geeze. Talk about extra work. Our grocery budget for when everyone was home over the holidays was more money than I wish to talk about. Or tell Hubbers about.

On to the menu!!

Stew - I have some old veggies in the fridge that need to be eaten. Too bendy for normal consumption.
Chili - left over from last week. Slacker me!
Crockpot Swiss Steak - just sounded good - and nothing much does lately.
Pecan Chicken - Mmmmm...
Leftovers
Mom's night out! - I'm still too tired to do much heavy cooking.
Crockpot Parmesan Chicken

I can tell how tired I am in that I forgot to say that Organizing Junkie hosts MPM each week. Visit her!!

The Crockpot Parmesan Chicken sounds delish!! I saved it for later. I'm still "learning" to cook so that's going to be helpful.
