Menu Plan Monday - Back to the Grind!

It's been so very long since I posted a MPM and I feel like a newbie all over again! Not that we haven't been eating (way!) - just that my planning wasn't as, well, pretty as normal.

Our school is having a teacher luncheon this week during conferences, and because I'm secretary of the PFA*, I got [roped into] [volunteered] graciously requested to provide a few desserts, which you'll see reflected here.

An aside:

* PFA is Parent Faculty Association, cause apparently you can't belong to the PTA without paying dues to a large association - did I hear that right?? Regardless, PFA is the same as PTA, PFO, and so on.

So, back to our normal routine and that feels SO GOOD!

1. Cashew Chicken
2. Favorite Quiche
3. Upside Down Pizza
4. Stuffed Zucchini Casserole
5. Favorites Re-run
6. Baked Fake Steak with Gravy
7. Parmesan Chicken in the crockpot

Granola Bars - I've been trying to make this one for a while. Gonna actually do it this week!

I'm also making these desserts for the PFA Teacher luncheon:

Chocolate Balls
Brownies
Mom's Best Ever Cinnamon Rolls

That's funny -- I just posted my menu plan after weeks and weeks (it seems) of not doing it too. I have still been planning just a bit, but I feel much better having the week down in writing!

Your menu sounds tasty!

Have you made the granola bars before? I'm looking for a good recipe so I can stop subsidizing "nature valley" LOL! Big Brother eats a LOT of granola bars during track seasons.

Can I steal your menu? Yours is better. I'm only planning 7 different ways to cook eggs this week.

:)

And, thanks for mentioning my blog in your Reflection. I'm honored.
