The other day, I was opening a new package of Yukon Gold potatoes and look what I found:

I wish I had a zucchini friend. Instead I must rely on farm stands and the grocery store.
If I lived back where most of my family is though I'd be inundated with extra produce. You name it, they have it. My mom brought some of her brother's surplus tomatoes with and they were so yummy!

No recipe here...but I take crookneck squash and grate it into my turkey meatloaf...yummy.
I used to have a bunch of zuch's in CO. I miss it and don't have anyone here that grows..too hot!
