Why, yes, that is a tattoo on his head. Yes, it is a kitty cat. Thank HEAVENS it's temporary. Yeah, it was due to a dare. (sigh)
He surprised me with his new 'do after I got home from my LLL meeting Monday night. Freaked the kids out. RooBoo hates it, cried all night because of the change, and even PRAYED that it would grow back fast.
Why, yes, he DID just tell me he's planning on shaving it again tonight...
