Yes, he was well pleased with the emergency supplies - as if there wasn't ENOUGH candy already in the house! What's a woman to do?!
Thanks to all the wonderful bloggers who already posted their menus since I had no (really NO!) idea what I was making this week. So, here's my Menu Plan Monday for this week, along with the appropriate linky love:
- Italian Wedding Soup (crockpot)
- Crustless Quiche
- Beef Veggie Stew (crockpot)
- Birthday Pizza (it's BoyBoy's 3rd Birthday this week!)
- Leftover Easter dinner
- Chicken Squares
- Taco Meatloaf

I saved the taco meatloaf recipe, it sounds like something my husband would just love!
I couldn't get the Italian Wedding Soup link to work though.
Have a wonderful week,
Sherry
Thanks for telling me about the link - fixed it!
Gotta love the crockpot. I actually made some Beef Stew this weekend. It was nice to come home to smells of comfort cooking!
You have a terrific week.
♥ HAPPY BIRTHDAY ♥
We have a lot of the same things on our menu this week.
Blessings~

MMMM, beef stew! I don't have a picky family but they all draw the line at stew. Too bad for me, I guess!
Sara, heads up on the chicken pockets (I made tonight). I doubled the chicken (just boiled several chicken tenders with salt & pepper) and used two cans of croissants (making 8 total). I mixed in fresh green onions instead of dried onions and I think that flavor was really good, I also used 8 Oz cream cheese because I used at least double the chicken. They were a hit and I ate mine later cold and it was delicious! Just thought I'd let you know...
