Health Care Petition

It's an Idaho senator, but he's got a point. This health care bill is the worst EVER.

We, citizens of the State of Idaho, and citizens of the United States of America, petition the United States Senate to defeat H.R. 3590.
This wrongheaded legislation will increase health care spending, not reduce it. It will:

• Grow the government,
• Increase our taxes,
• Cut Medicare,
• Impose burdensome unfunded mandates on our states, and
• Establish extensive new government control over our health care economy.

We need reform that will lower costs while increasing quality and will keep health care decisions between a patient and their doctor.
