Welcome to this special edition of "What's for Dinner!" Saint Patrick's Day is Tuesday. If you haven't decided what to fix, look at these suggestions.

Salmon run the rivers of Ireland making it a traditional Irish food. We think Salmon in dill sauce or lemon butter is perfect for Tuesday. You can grill or bake your fillets.

For bread, make either Irish soda bread or Irish potato bread. Soda bread is a quick bread made with baking soda while potato bread is a yeast bread. Green Pistachio Muffins are fun and delicious.

Colcannon is an authentic Irish potato dish and a great accompaniment to your meal. Any green vegetables will work.

Make something green for dessert. Consider this leprechaun pie. It's easy to make--like a cheesecake in a springform pan.
