With Easter week upon us, and only 2 Easter outfits finished, I am feeling the burn! We'll have an easy menu this week so I have time to work on those last 2 dresses. Happy Holy Week!

"Robert Redford" Dessert
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (5 5/8 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (5 5/8 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
Combine flour, butter and chopped walnuts. Press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.Cream sugar with cream cheese. Combine whipped topping with cream cheese and sugar and spread on cooled crust. Whip the puddings and milk until well blended. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Decorate with chocolate chips. Refrigerate at least 6 to 8 hours.
