It's that Time!! Menu Plan Monday

Thanks to Organizing Junkie, I never have to worry about that age old question: What's for Dinner?!
Okay, so I made a meal plan (for the ease of grocery shopping) before I ever "met" Junkie girl, but it makes a better story the other way.

And now done with the obligatory whoo-haww, here's my menu for this week:

  1. Meatloaf and mashed potatoes
  2. Basil Balsamic Fish
  3. Homemade Pizza
  4. Crustless Quiche and Cranberry Apple Crisp
  5. Taco Ring
  6. Panko Chicken
  7. Leftovers
If you're saying to yourself "Gee, Sara, that looks a lot like last week's menu" then give yourself a bright gold star! I last minute changed several of our meals last week so I'm revamping them for this week. That's the lovely thing about being a Domestic Goddess... You get to change dinner into whatever. you. want!

Need more ideas? Check out Menu Plan Monday at Organizing Junkie's place. I'm number 73 on the list, so you know that you'll find WAY more great stuff there.

For Scribbit:
Random, gratuitous Ferris Bueller quote:

Ferris: [describing Cameron's house] The place is like a museum. It's very beautiful and very cold, and you're not allowed to touch anything.

Anyone else want to play?

I didn't visit last week so the menu is all new to me. It sounds wonderful!

The pineapple is what makes the recipe. You should try it and then let me know what you thought. I won't be offended if you don't!

Sara,
Thanks for visiting Izzy's blog & for your prayers for her. I will post an update after Thursday's procedure. I plan to write a post on my blog describing why we are having this done in the next couple of days.

I think I bookmarked panko chicken from somewhere last week and have it on my list of things to try. Have you tried it before? It sounds good to me.

Have a great day!

blessings~
Annie
